Legal Question in Family Law in California

Child Custody

My pending ex-husband leaves my children with my estranged mother during his visitation time. She is openly hostile to me in the presence of my children. I want this stopped. What can I do? We are sharing joint custody.

Re: Child Custody

You can file a motion to modify the current court order. You should get the advice an experienced child custody attorney (minimum of 50 cases in last two years) before filing the motion. You may end up worse than you began. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
