Child Custody

Can I take physical custody away from my two boy's mother solely based on their bad grades and performance in school, as well as her irresponsability in many aspects including unconsistency in drop off and pick up times, permanent contact phone number and unstable residency? They are not abused in any way.

You can file for a motion to modify custody and it will go to mediation where you can try to win sole custody of your children.
