child custody

i have physical custody and joint legal he wants full custody. he has had a domestic violence restraining order against him past june he wants full custody do you think he would get it he doesnt work he is a veteran and get disability goes to school odd days out of the week. i work full time go to college online at home i have no recordwould like to take my daughter with me to texas my husband is in the army. can this happen?

The terms of your custody agreement should determine whether you are able to move away with the child. Usually the primary custody parent may move away, depending on if the other parent fights or not.
