child custody

My child is not getting the proper medical care her mom wont take her to the doctor about a medical problem she is having, so i would like to get custody of her how do i go about this?

The coourse oaction you take would depend upon the medical condition and whether or not it is life threatening. If the condition is serious you should submit a request for a temporary restraining order giving you temporary custody. You will have to describe the medical condition and if possible get a doctor's statment regarding the medical condition and the need for immediate treatment.
