Legal Question in Family Law in California

Child Custody

What do I do if my ex refuses to take children to sports practices/games? Will the judge order him to take them, or will I lose because it is ''his time''?

Re: Child Custody

That depends on many things, including who the judge. Generally, you cannot plan activities for his time, whoever, the activities are good for the child. Talk to a child custody attorney and give more details, such as age and motivation of the child to play the sports. You can seek a modification of the order so that you have the child on days when the practices occur. There are numerous options. You can call my office for a free consultation. 888-FAMLAW5.
