child custody
i am representing myself in a child custody case, and the next court hearing is for the pre trial. I'm not sure what happens at the pre trial and want to make sure that i am preprared, what happens at the pre trial and what should i do to be prepared?

Go on the internet and read the local court rules to determine the purpose of this court appearance. Each county has its own terminology for the different court appearances.
