Legal Question in Family Law in California
child custody reversal
my ex and i have a 72/28 split of our 13 yr old daughter - in my ex's favor. i recently found out that my ex has been taking her to bars for ''family night'' and not paying bills on time, behind on the house rent, not working and generally mentally neglecting my daughter? also, my ex cuts into my time with my daughter either by making plans without consulting me or demanding her to be returned extra early. also uses my daughter as a messenger. my ex was arrested twice for felony stalking and placed on 1 year probation with an monitoring ankle bracelet for 2 months. the behavior that caused these arrests, i'm now seeing in my daughter and i'm very concerned. my ex also can't seem to get my daughter to school on time...ever, i do have proof of this. what are my chances of getting the custody reversed to 72/28 (or more 80/20) in my favor?

Re: child custody reversal
You should consult with an attorney to get an emergency screening and get temporary orders for custody. In light of the emergency you should seek an attorney right away.
