Child custody

if my sons biological father decides that he wants to see my son after not wanting to see him since the day he was told about the child and never wanted anything to do with him in 7 years and i live in idaho he lives in california do i have to let him have visitation in california do i have to let my son go to a father that he has never known

You need to contact an attorney regarding this matter. Since you and the child are living Idaho contact an attorney there. If you have lived there for several years Idaho may be the home state for the child. Act quickly as in some case the state where the action is first filed will be the state in which the custody and visitation issues are dealt with.
