Who has custody now? You must open a case in family court, and file an OSC. Contact me directly.

Re: child custody
That would depend on whether an action has been filed to establish paternity or a custody arrangement. You can file a motion (or order to show cause hearing) to establish the custody. If there is not a judgment, dissolution or paternity, you must file that action at the same time. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
