Legal Question in Family Law in California

Child custody and support

I would like to know what I could do if my daughters father continues to file complaints against me regarding his custody and support orders but are all either fraudulent or have no outcome? I have to continue to miss work for these court dates but he never has anything accomplished is there something that i can do to stop him from filing all these claims?

Re: Child custody and support

You cant stop him from filing but if his filings have no merit the court should award you attorney fees. That will usually stop it.
