Child custody

Regarding child support, what is the distance that one is to travel for joint custody. I have filed for divorce, have had my child at my home for 2 years (my husband left in March 2006) and now that I have filed he is demanding to see her every 2 weeks. He put in the papers that he travles 4 hours but it is really 6 hours. Is there a distance that is considered too far to see every two weeks?

no. but once a month seems more like the guideline under the circumstance. unless of course, he's just driving in to see her. if he's doing that, then he can see her every 2 weeks.
