child custody and child support

i used to have phsical custody of my son and joint custody with my ex husband (charged with dv)the cps gave him supervised visitation on august 2004,and then my ex husband hired a lawer on 2005 at this time i was not working and i was under welfare to take care of my son my ex husband wanted me to sign for him a full custody under his treath i did it and two weeks ago the same scenario happened i signed him a paper on that paper was telling to stop giving me a money for his son and telling that he used to give me 120 dollars evry month starting from august 2004 wich was not true i was scared of him i signed that paper now i need your help what should i do to have back the full custody for me my son is still living with me i didnt receive any paper telling me that my ex-husband has the full custody thank you
