Child custody and support

My son will be 18 oct 24 and is still in high school can his dad stop the support on oct 24

Assuming you have a court order, they usually say that the dad pays child support until the child is 18 or graduates from high school, which ever occurs later. You need to read your order.

The law requires that child support continue until the child is no longer a full time student in high school or reaches the age of 18, whichever is earlier. Pat McCrary
