Child Custody and Support

I have a three year old daughter and pregnant with a boy. I was with the father for 15 years, never got married. He is an addict and I do not want to deal with his addiction anymore. He has money and will not help me with child support. Can you tell me the steps I need to take to get full custody, and child support.
