If my ex is taking our 4 yr old son to visit his brother who is a registered sex offender after i asked him not to. what legal actions can i take to make sure my son stays safe

You can file a motion and ask the court to order that either the child no be exposed to his brother or that the child be supervised at all times that his brother is present. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
