child custody and visitation

child 12 female. parental alienation syndrome. my ex-wife and her boyfriend interfers with my visitation. she would not settle out of court. mediation done, child custody eval done. I finished my testing and interview and payment. my ex-wife has not finished and the court date has been extended again. It has been going on for 2 years. my daughter has been subjected to such emotional damage. How can I get the courts to do something about ending this battle
