Legal Question in Family Law in California

child custody visitation

Recently my ex-husband and I was in a court. We went to the medation, I was very thurough thinking the medation undestand my frestration from my ex-husband. So the court date came, went to the courthouse to hear the judge rule. is that correct that 99.9% judge will fallow the recomentdation of the Mediation? I thought the rule was in favor to me, but it turns out the other way around. My ex-husband violated many time the courtorder until now. what should I do without going to medation again?

Re: child custody visitation

U should request an evaulation to do an in depth determination of your situation and perhaps psychological testing. You can hire an attorney to help you disqualify the mediator or cross examine them.

Good luck,

As always, please consult an attorney in your area if you have further questions.
