child custody
my wife left me and my 2 small children both under 3 years old without saying anything to have 2 of her friends to drive her 2 hrs away to check into a mental hospital she said once she gets out she is going to come here and get the 2 kids and go back to mi we are in ca now due to me being into the army what is my legal rights to stop this from hapining

If you file an action for dissolution of marriage or for a legal separation an automatic restraining order is issued stating that neither party may remove the children from the State of California. You may wish to seek advise of an attorney to protect your relationship with your children. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
