Legal Question in Family Law in California

child custody

I am wondering if there is away i can get involved in my boyfriends custody battle, he can not stand up to his ex and the kids are not stable at her house. 50/50 custody right now but she is threatinig to go back to court he cant afford to take time off work or a lawyer but not confident enough to go with out one.

No, there really isn�t anything that you can do. You can advise him to hire a lawyer considering that he is lacking the confidence to battle the ex on his own.
