i was wondering im 25 have 2 kids with a minor what papers do i have to fill out so that when he turns 18 he cant take my kids for the weekend i want him to only be able to see the kids at my house under my super vison because off his back ground and family back griund?

You are lucky that you are not being charged with a sex crime. You could file a petition to determine paternity and custody. That risks bringing your conduct to the attention of the authorities.
