Child Custody Help

I am currently 14 years old, and was wondering what my custody could be. I lived in California for 12 years of my life. My parents got a divorce, and I moved with my mom to Arizona. After living there for about 8 months I discovered how I extremely dislike it in Arizona and am wanting to move back to California. My mom would like me to stay in Arizona, and my dad would like me to move back to California. I need to know what will happen being that I would like to live in California, and if I have any say in what happens to me and where I live.

The court will consider your desires, however, that is one of many factors that the court will consider in awarding primary custody to one of your parents. Good Luck, Pat McCrart
