child custody
my 8 yr old daughter wants to come live with me , but her mom which has custody wont let her come with live me.

If there is a court order giving her mother custody, then you must ask the court to change custody by giving you custody. You will need to give the court a reason why your daughter coming to live with you is in her best interests. If she can appreciate the ramifications of making such a decision and has a good reason, she may even be able to speak to the court to explain why she would rather reside with you. Although the court will not defer to her wishes, the judge may take into account her reasoning and what she wants.
