Does my baby age 18mo fm need to keep going for weekend visits with my ex which he lives with his parents about one hr away. Problem is a new girlfriend and her baby living with his parents. My baby is very irritable when she returns home, and takes a few days to settle back. It seems worse each time and now biting others and even herself. My Dr. states she is depressed, also her daycare lady states there is a problem. We have only been seperate for three months. What Can I do?

You need to file a court action to have visitation modified due to these new circumstances affecting the health of the child. A family law facilitator can help self help people with general advice.
