Child custoy slanderous statements made in court
My girlfriend and i living together for most of 8 years, having 3 children (i not being the maternal father but considering them beeing my own). I have been charged of being an abusive father and girl friend alowing this in which court proceedings were filded by her sister and mother in which very damaging statements were made (court records)towards my family and myself.Girlfriends sister having tempory custody of two of the three children at the time resulting in us loosing them.Girlfriend can only the two under supervised visits and having no say or acess what so ever.Cps was called, we were invested twice resulting in there being no truth to the acuations.They are now attempting to try and take the third child'. Ive been acused of spanking the children ,beeing abusive to girlfriend and many other alagations to many to state at this time. Other alagations have been made against members of my family.None of this having any truth to it what so ever.Such alagations being e-mailed to members of gf family, who i know well and like aquances.They will know longer allow gf any conmunations with and i ofcorse am not allowed any what so ever sence this all began. This is tering us up expecialy gf her being totaly decated to our children.

I'm not sure what the question is. You are either in or headed for dependency court proceedings with child 3. You've got a lot of hoops to jump through and that's what you are going to have to do that if you are going to continue to have a relationship with your kids.
