child custudy

children live with me went to visit dad he did not return them. Not divorced live in different state one child attended school in state where i live. do i have right to go get them

You should call the DA and police if you feel that the father may have abducted the children.

You should file a petition for dissolution of marriage or custody as quickly as possible. Then get a court order returning the children to you. There is a high probability that the court will make the order ex parte.
