Child custudy
what can i do because my ex-husband called C.P.S. and i am being falsely accused of abuse toward my child and now my children have been taken because of a plan and lie my ex proform told so that he'd be granted custudy. I am not guilty and i need help. PLEASE HELP,& THANK YOU

You need to retain an attorney with experience in juvenile dependency court. You cannot get help with your problem over the internet. The report from the department of social services report must be carefully reviewed, and responded to at court. These reports are confidential and it is a misdemeanor to show them to anyone but your attorney.
