how can i keep my child from going with her dad

the dr says she cannot go and he has already bought her tickets and will not listen to me or the dr about her welfare and health she is very asmatic and is being treated daily for this and he will not treat her there im scared and dont know if i have any rights over this and where to turn

You would have to petition the court for an order changing the visitation order. You should immediately file the petition.
