Legal Question in Family Law in California

Child Daycare

Hi! I'm a single divorced mother of an 19 month old girl. I'm currently deployed in the military. my Ex-husband is taking care of our daughter.I am obligated by the courts to pay half of daycare. What forms do i need to request to the court that he uses a licensed certified daycare instead of his stay at home girlfriend?

This is not form practice. You need an attorney to set an OSC on the issue and argue it to the court. Contact me directly.

Re: Child Daycare

You would not be obligated to pay his stay at home girlfriend, unless he can prove that he is paying her for day care. Such proof is normally in the form of a 1099 form filed with the IRS.
