me and my girlfreind had a kid, i havnt seen my baby since she was born im always telling her when am i going to see her and she just says soon well its been about 2 months now and still i havnt seen her. now shes planning on moving with her dad out in glendale for 2 years because hes sick, she told me oh you'll just see her in two years when shes 2. what should i do i love this girl but please give me an answer i dont know what to do

You should file with the court for paternity if you are not on birth certificate, and for an order disallowing her from removing the child from the county without a court order. You can get an attorney to help you in your area.
