i went through a divorse, but now there is a problem, I want my kids to get counseling but both sides have to agree.
What forms to I need to file to go back to court?

You should file an OSC requesting a court order that the children receive counseling. Be prepared to state in some detail why counseling is required. You may want to file the reasons for counseling under seal. That would avoid future embarrassment for the children, as the record would not be available to the public.
