What is child endangerment classified as?
I was wondering if guardianship of my
son's grandparents could be
terminated on the grounds that they
have an ''unregistered'' convicted sex
offender in their house?

I am not certain who the guardianship is for, but assuming in is for your child and the grandparents are the guardian of you child, that would be grounds for a change of guardian or its revocation.
