Legal Question in Family Law in California

my child has graduated high school and attained the age of eighteen. he is a full time student at community college and still living at home with me. his father's child support payments have ended, as of high school graduation. he now wants to end health insurance. can i get a court order to make him maintain the health insurance? and /or a restraining order preventing him from dropping the insurance? am i eligible for any child support payments?
