Child outside marriage...
My husband has a child outside our marriage and now this female is requesting child support, but he is currently unemployed but in career occupational training. Will he have to give much for child support even if we have two children that are older than her child? Also will he have a deduction from child support since we live in CA and his child lives in AZ for travel expenses to his parental visitation?

Child support is CA is based upon a formula. The factors for which include the mother and father's income and the % of the child's time spent with each parent. The court can give a credit for the travel expenses and can grant a hardship for your 2 other children, both of which would lower the support.
