child molestation

how do I go about retracting my statement of child molestation charges? and what are the consequences for an adult who falsely accused an adult of molestation when younger?

on the criminal side i think it's filing a false police report. civilly it's probably liable/slander and he can collect if he proves damages. you might want to double check with a criminal and a personal injury/civil attorney.
