Legal Question in Family Law in California

Child Protection and teen lying..

Child protection law is starting to be

to lenient and teens use this to their

advantage. How does the Judge know

what's best for the child & how does

the Judge know if the child is just

making up stuff because her

demands (things she wants) aren't

met?
