Legal Question in Family Law in California
Child used to serve papers
My Ex had our 12 year old son serve me papers required by a judge in our divorce proceedings. Obviously the service is defective or void. My question - does the use of child in this way break any law or family code?
My Ex is under court order not to discuss court or adult matters with the children. He continues to do it anyway, but I haven't been successful in getting minor's counsel to do anything. How can I let the court know my ex is not following orders and harming the children by putting them in the middle?
