Child Support

Is child support addressed in any of the FL- Forms (divorce forms)? If so in which one? How can I be sure that the mediating attorney (paid by my husband) filed the Marital Settlement Agreement along with FL-Forms?

You can go to the court and look in the file for your case to verify that the MSA is attached to the judgment.

Child support is determined by a computer program and the amount is placed in a form that states the amount of child support.
