child support and alimony

My ex-husband and I went thru our divorce and we had a judgement from the court, he after a few monthes liquadated money from accounts that the judge assigned to me, he also lowerd my monthly child support and alimony from what the court had gave a judgement on. Now he wants to lower it again with out going to the courts. He says he can not afford to pay me. He has 4 rental properties and a good job and I am trying to get on my feet with 4 kids it is hard. What can I do?
