Legal Question in Family Law in California
Child Support Arrears being contested
My ex-husband has filed for a hearing to attempt to reduce the amounts being garnished from his paycheck for back child support. He is falsifying information on the forms and I would like to know what I can do about it. The address he gives is different than where he actually is living.

Show up to the hearing with whatever proof of his falsehoods and present them to the court at that time-Martin

The address that he gives is not a factor in his past due child support.
Good luck to you!
