Child Support and Arrears

My ex-husband is selling his income property and he hasn't paid child support in over 8 months. My question is can I attach a lien on the property is trying to sell and collect the support the arrears on the child support?

You must go the family law judge in your venue and ask the Judge to order that all prior child support be paid out of the sale proceeds...or go to the DCSS office in your venue and open a case with those nice people. Explain what is happening. They will collect for you.
