Child Support and Bankruptcy

1. Can child support be discharged in bankruptcy - whether it's Chpt 7 or 13?

2. Can a court order regarding a community property settlement obtained during a divorce be discharged in bankruptcy - whether it's Chp 7 and/or 13?

3. In California, are registration fees for child care included in child support or should it be separate? Also, should child care costs be separate from child support?

Day care expenses as a general rule are in addition to the child support determined by the computer program.
