Re: child support

If you have not already done so, you will need to get a court order awarding you monthly child support. Then you would be able to fill out a simple form to be signed by the clerk and delivered by the Sheriff to the father's employer. As far as tuition goes, some judges will add on partial tuition as additional child support and some will not. It really depends on the reasons why the child needs to attend private school instead of public school. If the reasons are compelling enough, the court may add on to child support an additional amount to cover a part of tuition.

Re: child support

A wage assignment will provide the direct payment of child support to you. Tuition for a private school is not an add on for child support. The exception would be if there was either a court order or an agreement that would include tuition as part of the support.
