Child support
If I have a child support in California case in reserve, can I have that case move to Virginia? If so, how can I do it?

Re: Child support
You may be able to move it to VA if the kids have moved to VA and have lived in VA for the last 6 months.

Re: Child support
the case must stay in CA unless BOTH parents move out of state.
