what is the percent of a noncustain net income is intiltled to his children? aslo in common laws is it true that if a child is not biologly the fathers, but he as been raising her as his own, for more than six years can the state of california order him to pay child support and how much?

There are grounds by which the court can determine a man to be the father of the child although he is not biologically the father. The percentage of support varies by the custody arrangement and the incomes of the parties.
