Child support and childcare

If child support was ordered by a judge in the amount of $600 a month for two children, and the father income ($1880 a month )has only increased since then $50. Will the father now be responsibly to pay childcare if the mother is requesting for him too.

Child care is usually a part of child support and you must examine your court order for support and how child care is allocated. A family facilitator can help you file the papers if you need to file a motion for child support modification.
