my childs mother has recently re-married and i want to change the amount of support that is paid. Can her husbands income be included with her income now since our child lives with them?

Re: child support
Dear Inquirer:
Nothing herein shall create an attorney-client relationship, unless a written retainer agreement is executed by the attorney and client. This communication contains general information only. Nothing herein shall constitute an attorney-client communication nor legal advice. There likely are deadlines and time-limits associated with your case; you should contact an attorney of your choice for legal advice specific to your personal situation, at once.

NOW, IN RESPONSE TO YOUR INQUIRY --
A new spouse's income is only included in the California child support calculation to the extent that it effects your wife's taxes. If her taxes go up as a result, then her disposable income will go down, and your child support payment will go UP, all other things being equal. If she stops working because she remarries, that is an entirely different situation which probably will require the assistance of an attorney.
