If I am incorporated and my sister is my partner but not my husband, can my husbands ex wife claim any right to MY business funds for child support?

Re: Child support claims

If you are referrng to whether any arrearages [overdue child support payments], then, certainly, your husband's separate property is something that can be enforced against.

Community property can also be used to collect arrearages.

Now, as to your business [corporate] funds or assets, not until they become community funds [i.e., when you earn them as income.]

I hope that answers your questions.
