Legal Question in Family Law in California

Child Support

Can I collect back child support from a Union pension? I live in North Carolina, I have paid 3 different attorneys in California to try and collect past child support. He is Indian and receives royalties from his tribe, but they have hidden his money somehow. He was in the Ironworkers Union local 416. Can I get this money to pay my back child support? It is also my understanding that I can collect interest on the unpaid balance is this true?

Re: Child Support

Contact the U. S. attorney regarding the collection of child support. Since you are in one state and he is in another state federal law applies. If anyone can get the money from his it should be the U. S. Attorney.
