Can I have my ex-husband continue to make child support payments while our daughter is in college or is it automatically cut-off at age 18 or as long as she's in high school?

Re: Child Support While In College

Assuming that this is a California case, child support ends when the child turns 18 unless the child is fulltime high school student living with you in which case it continues until the child graduates or turns 19, whichever occurs first.
