Legal Question in Family Law in California
child support and custody
I am 7 months pregnant and no longer with the father. He sells drugs, has illegal guns in the house and an agressive pitbull.I moved 2 hours away and he wants to file for 50/50 custody so he doesn't have to pay child support.I would prefer he not pay child support and give up parental rights but if he pushes for this does he have a chance for 50/50 and at what age could he take my child without me around.
